Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing – post or email. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from the ACG次元网. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact us on 08 98337 8816.
No refunds will be made for cancellations for the conference on or after 1 September, however substitutions can be accepted. Registrations are transferable to other attendees without incurring a penalty, however you must advise of the change in writing.
